Problem
Finding “students in a lab” meant scrubbing through terabytes of footage by hand.
What I built
A CLIP-powered search over the archive drive.
Result
Engineering and lab B-roll found and catalogued for the comms team.
AI search across the Ashesi University video archive. It pulls keyframes from every clip, scores them with CLIP against plain-English prompts, and hands the team contact-sheet PDFs they can skim in minutes.
What went into it
- Hardware-accelerated keyframe extraction at around 200 clips a minute.
- Contact sheets and a CSV with copyable file paths for every match.
