What went into it

  • Architected a comprehensive brand strategy memo addressing product positioning, market focus, audience segmentation, and financial sustainability; identified key gaps in operational rhythm, communication protocols, and strategic alignment across design, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Designed a robust product launch framework ('Pre-drop Check', 'Light Validation', 'Story Kit', 'Assets', 'Channel Order', 'Calendar') establishing discipline in release planning with clear buyer personas, value propositions, pricing strategy, and sell-through targets for each drop.
  • Developed audience segmentation strategy identifying core demographics (students and young adults) and expansion opportunities; created buyer persona frameworks ('people who love God but care about design') to guide targeted messaging and product decisions.
  • Established decision-making infrastructure through a structured rhythm (Idea → Discussion → Plan → Approval → Execution) to improve operational clarity, reduce execution friction, and enhance team morale through transparent governance.

The full design write-up (problem, goal, iterations) is on its way.
